Archer says US court narrows Joby Aero lawsuit claims Oct 2 (Reuters) - Archer Aviation ACHR.N said on Friday the US District Court for the Northern District of California, in a Sept. 29 ruling, narrowed claims against the company in litigation brought by Joby Aero, dismissing certain trade-secret and contract-related claims as well as Archer's counterclaims against Joby.
