** Jazz Pharmaceuticals JAZZ.O said it would buy privately held Actio Biosciences in a deal valued at up to $1.32 billion.

** BP BP.L has agreed to sell a 20% stake in the Venezuelan portion of the cross-border Cocuina-Manakin natural gas field to Trinidad and Tobago's state-owned National Gas Company (NGC), two sources with knowledge of the matter said.

** A Delaware Chancery Court judge has ordered Verisk to move forward with its $2.35 billion acquisition of roofing software maker AccuLynx, ruling that the data analytics company's decision to terminate the deal was invalid.
