Wall Street's main indexes were mixed on Wednesday, with the Dow at a record high and the Nasdaq lagging peers, as investors rotated out of technology stocks while monitoring progress on a likely end to the historic U.S. government shutdown.   .N

At  13:30 EST, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was up 0.80% at 48,309.94.The S&P 500 .SPX was up 0.12% at 6,854.82, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.30% at 23,398.83.
