Australia's Arena Reit gains on sale of Edge-operated learning centres

** Shares of Arena Reit ARF.AX rise as much as 1.2% to A$2.5, their highest since October 8
** On track to gain nearly 5% on the week
** On Tuesday, real estate investment trust said the Administrator of Edge Early Learning entered agreements with six separate parties for the sale of a further 22 early learning centre businesses
** Deal includes the remaining seven early learning centre businesses operated by Edge at Arena owned properties 
** Down 31% YTD
