** Stock logs its largest intraday pct gain since October 20
** Real estate investment trust updates its FY27 distribution guidance to 20.0 cents per security
** Company says guidance is towards the top of the range provided to the market on October 19 and reflects a 3.9% increase on the FY26 distribution per security 
** YTD, stock down 23.9%
