   ** Shares of Australia's Arena REIT No 1ARF.AX rise as much as 14.5% at A$2.390, their highest level since August 27
** Stock headed for its best session since early April 2020, if trends hold 
** The real estate business says major tenant Edge Early Learning has entered into an agreement to sell the operations of 31 of its early learning centre businesses 
** Company says the proposed transaction with Goodstart Early Learning includes services at 20 of the 27 centres owned by Arena 
** In late August, Arena had informed that Edge had entered voluntary administration, raising concerns over Edge's lease of Arena-owned properties.
** Stock down 33.7%, YTD, including session's moves
