** Morningstar says Arena's tenant Edge confirming sales of learning centers helps resolve a potential crisis
** Morningstar believes the 27 centers owned by Arena and occupied by Edge should find new operators within FY27, raise FY27 occupancy forecast by 4% to 99% 
** Research investment firm assigns Arena an "Uncertainty Rating" of medium, calling its income as relatively predictable, 
given long leases from tenants in childcare and healthcare
** Five of nine analysts rate the stock "buy" or higher, three "hold" and one "sell" or lower; their median PT is A$2.65, according to data compiled by LSEG
** Stock down 32.6% YTD, as of last close
