as much as 5.5% to A$0.670 - set to mark best day since Jan 9,
if gains hold 
    ** Lithium explorer says it has completed 98% of total works
at its Rincon Lithium Project in Salta Province, Argentina
    ** Says co has produced battery-quality 99.76% lithium
carbonate product 
    ** Adds it is targeting to complete full systems ramp-up
phase works and achieve steady-state continuous production
operations by end of Q2-CY2023 
    ** Stock had risen 11.4% this year, as of last close
