DIRECTOR/PDMR HOLDING
Ariana Resources plc (AIM: AAU, ASX: AA2, "Ariana" or the "Company"), the mineral exploration and development company with gold project interests in Africa and Europe, announces that it has been informed that Chris Sangster, Non-Executive Director, yesterday transferred 3,927,287 ordinary shares in the Company for nil consideration from his AJ Bell Investcentre SIPP to his AJ Bell SIPP.
The transfer did not affect Mr Sangster's overall shareholding in the Company, and he remains interested in 8,951,144 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital.
