rise 7.7% to $2.79 premarket
    ** Co says its antibody cocktail, AR-701, neutralized the
Omicron variant and provided protection against infection in

    ** Cocktail is made up of two human monoclonal antibodies
(mAbs); it is formulated for delivery via intramuscular
injection or inhalation using a nebulizer
    ** Preventative treatment of mice infected with the Omicron

comprising the cocktail conferred complete protection - ARDS
    ** Co believes AR-701 is well-positioned for pan-coronavirus
prophylaxis
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, stock gained ~11% this year
