Aridis Pharma up as European health agency agrees on study design for pneumonia drug

** Shares of drug developer Aridis Pharma  ARDS.O  rise
33.2% to $0.35 premarket
    ** Co said late on Monday it has received a positive
feedback from European health agency to late-stage study design
of its experimental drug  
    ** The drug is being developed as a adjunctive therapy in
combination with standard of care for treatment of a type of
pneumonia in mechanically ventilated hospitalized patients
    ** Up to Monday's close, stock had fallen ~78% YTD
