** Mumbai-based real estate developer Transcon Group appoints ARIR unit ArisUnitern as developer-as-a-service partner, co says
** Project has potential gross development value of about 4 billion rupees ($41.69 million)
** Under 18-month mandate, ArisUnitern will oversee construction and handle sales, marketing, collections and lender management, while materials will be supplied through Arisinfra's platform
** Co says all approvals are in place, with construction and sales to begin immediately
** YTD stock up about 7%
