** Shares in Arkema rise about 7% after the chemicals company beat Q2 EBITDA expectations
** Arkema reports Q2 EBITDA of €390.9 mln ($447 million), above consensus of €362 mln
** J.P. Morgan says EBITDA is a solid beat, while Jefferies adds specialty materials biz beat is a surprise
** However, Arkema confirms its FY outlook -- JPM says it remains to be seen whether this is a cautious approach or a sign of Q3 slowdown
** Arkema shares head for their best day since mid-Feb
