Arkle Resources PLC (AIM:ARK), is pleased to announce that David Cockbill,
Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company that he has acquired
5,000,000 ordinary shares of EUR 0.0025 each in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares"), as follows:

Following this acquisition, David Cockbill's beneficial interest in the
