Director Shareholding

 

Arkle (AIM: ARK) announces that David Cockbill, Non-executive Director of the
Company, today sold 240,964 ordinary shares of EUR0.0025 each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 0.55 pence per share and repurchased 240,964 Ordinary
Shares into his SIPP account at a price of 0.562 pence per share.

 

Mr Cockbill's beneficial interest in Arkle is unchanged at 7,435,408 Ordinary
Shares, representing 1.88% of the Company's issued share capital.
