AIM Rule 17 Schedule Two (g) Update
Artemis (ASX/AIM:ARV) announces the following information relating to
directors' disclosure under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for
Companies:
Bruce Garlick, a Non-Executive Director of Artemis, has been a Director of Fox
Resources Ltd since 24 July 2023. On 9 September 2025, Fox Resources Ltd was
placed into administration. The administration proceedings remain ongoing.
Artemis wishes to confirm that it has no commercial interests, current
agreements or any other business associations with Fox Resources Ltd.
This announcement was approved for release by the Board.

gold-copper Mineral Resource at Carlow with drilling planned starting in
December quarter 2025 to test the potential for significant extensions to the
resource
· Established processing site at Radio Hill: strategically located,
permitted site
