Change of Admission Date

Artemis Resources (ASX/AIM: ARV; FRA: ATY; US: ARTTF), a Perth-based
exploration and development company with projects in the Pilbara region of
Western Australia with a focus on battery and precious metals announces,
further to its announcement of 8 November 2023, that the 56,388,889 new
ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") are now
expected to admit to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. on or around 5 December 2023
("Admission").

Total Voting Rights

As stated in the Company's announcement on 8 November 2023, on Admission, the
Company's issued share capital will comprise 1,690,196,149 Ordinary Shares. As
the Company does not hold any shares in treasury, this figure of 1,690,196,149
Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to
notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital
of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
