Artemis Resources Limited (ASX / AIM:ARV, Frankfurt: ATY, US OTCQB: ARTTF)
announces that on 4 May 2022, Mr Alastair Clayton, Executive Director of
Artemis, purchased 1,250,000 ordinary shares of no par value each ("Shares")
at a price of 2.4 pence per Share.

As a result of this, Mr. Alastair Clayton holds 5,750,000 Shares, representing
0.4% of the Company's 1,388,330,984 total voting rights.
