Director Appointment

 

Artemis Resources Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Vivienne
Powe as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate
effect.

Vivienne is a metallurgical engineer and highly experienced senior executive
with a strong track record of creating shareholder value in top tier, global
mining and oil & gas companies.

Vivienne is currently Chief Executive Officer, Investments for Perenti Group
(ASX: PRN).  Prior to joining Perenti, she has served in senior executive and
leadership roles in private and listed organisations which have included
Global Advanced Metals and BHP as well as having worked at Iluka Resources,
Woodside Energy and Renison Goldfields Consolidated.

Vivienne holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Metallurgical Engineering,
with Distinction) from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, a Graduate
Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from FINSIA and a Master of
Business Administration (Technology Management) from Deakin University.

Vivienne is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company
Directors, Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia and
Fellow of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy. Vivienne is a
former Non-Executive Director of HiSeis Pty Ltd, former Member of the South
Australian Resources Industry Development Board and 100 Women Advisory Board.
Vivienne has also served as a Management Committee Member, Executive Committee
Councillor and Chair of the Economics & Tax Committee for the Chamber of
Minerals and Energy of Western Australia (CME).

Vivienne Powe does not hold any ordinary shares in the Company. Vivienne has
on appointment been awarded 2,000,000 share options at an exercise price of 5
cents which expire on 31 July 2025. The share options granted do not have any
performance-based targets and do not represent a significant interest in a
share option scheme, therefore the Company consider Vivienne to be an
independent Director.
