Director Retirement

 

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV) ("Artemis" or "the Company") refers
to the Company's announcement of 2 September 2025 announcing the retirement of
Ms Vivienne Powe.

Following the Annual General Meeting, the Company announces that Ms Powe will
retire effective from close of business today. The Board thanks Ms Powe for
her dedicated service and contributions throughout her tenure.
