Result of General Meeting

 

Artemis Resources Limited (ASX/AIM: ARV) ("Artemis" or "Company) is pleased to
advice that at the General Meeting held on 29 August 2025 all resolutions put
to Shareholders were passed on a poll.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2 and Corporations Act Section 251AA (2)
the voting results and proxies received are as set out in the attached report.

The Chairman voted all discretionary votes in favour of the resolutions.

This announcement was approved by the Company Secretary, Guy Robertson.
