** Analysts at Jefferies raise PT on Australia's Atlas
Arteria  ALX.AX  to A$6.65 from A$6.30; retain "hold"
    ** Toll operator posts 4.1% rise in Q1 traffic and 7.6% jump
in toll revenue 
    ** Brokerage says Q1 traffic ahead of expectations
    ** However, sees underlying outlook for traffic to be
subdued in 2023 as economic growth slows in Europe
    ** Brokerage still expects traffic growth rate to slow
through rest of 2023
    ** Seven of nine analysts rate the stock "hold" and two
"sell"; their median PT is A$6.54– Refinitiv data
    ** Stock down 2% this year, as of last close
