 * Invested inr 23 million towards share capital into escorp industries on may

 * Investment shall entitle the company a stake of 76.41% of the paid up capital 
   of escorp industries private limited 
 * Investment with a view to create a portfolio management/ assets management

Aryaman Financial Services Ltd has informed BSE that further to the resolution passed at the board meeting dated May 28, 2016, the company has invested a sum of Rs. 230 lacs towards share capital into M/s. Escorp Industries Private Limited on May 31, 2016 with a view to create a Portfolio Management/ Assets Management Subsidiary of the company.
