** Shares of Asara Resources AS1.AX rise as much as 75% to
A$0.014, set for their best day since Aug 5, 2019, if gains hold
** The gold explorer says it has started a process on a
potential divestment of its silver, zinc Paguanta project in
Chile
** Adds that advanced discussions are underway for a
possible divestment of its Kouri Gold project in Burkina Faso
** Shares hit highest since Nov 17, 2023
** Around 12.2 mln shares change hands, 22.4 times compared
with the 30-day average volume of 545,845 shares
** Stock has fallen 20% this year, as of last close
