Ascential plc ("the Company") announces that Gillian Kent, an Independent
Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive
Director of THG plc with effect from 15 September 2022.  Gillian has resigned
from the Board of NAHL Group Plc with effect from the same date.

 

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 9.6.14 of the UK Listing
