Publication of Notice of Annual General Meeting 2024

 

The Company has today published on its website
(www.ascential.com/investors/shareholders/gm
(http://www.ascential.com/investors/shareholders/gm) ) the Notice of Annual
General Meeting ('AGM') 2024 (the '2024 AGM Notice'), which will be
distributed to shareholders shortly.

 

The Company's AGM will be held on Thursday 9 May 2024 at 9.00am at the
Rosewood Hotel, 252 High Holborn, London WC1V 7EN. Full details of how to
join the meeting are contained in the 2024 AGM Notice.

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R of the UK Financial Conduct
Authority's ('FCA') Listing Rules, the 2024 AGM Notice and Proxy Form for the
AGM will be submitted to the FCA and will, in due course, be available for
inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
