Notice of Capital Markets Event

 

Ascential plc (LSE: ASCL.L), the specialist information, analytics and
eCommerce optimisation company, will host a capital markets event in Cannes
today, Wednesday 22 June 2022. The event will cover the Product Design,
Marketing and Retail and Financial Services segments and will be hosted by
Duncan Painter (CEO) and Mandy Gradden (CFO) and will include presentations
from divisional and brand leaders.

 

The presentations will be attended by a number of investors and those analysts
who cover the company and will also be broadcast live via
www.ascential.com/investors/reports-and-presentations
(http://www.ascential.com/investors/reports-and-presentations) from 12 noon to
4pm BST (1pm to 5pm CET) on Wednesday 22 June.  The presentations will also
be made available on the Company's website following the event.
