Australia's Native Mineral Resources jumps on JV deal

** Shares of Native Mineral Resources  NMR.AX  climb as much
as 9.4% to A$0.035, set for best day in a week - if current
trend holds 
    ** Copper and gold miner says it entered binding exclusivity
agreement with Queensland-based Ashby Mining  AMG.AX  in
relation to the latter's Far Fanning and Black Jack Projects
    ** Adds if binding JV deal is entered, co will own 60%
interest in JV and will have responsibility to fund exploration
and mining works on JV tenements
    ** Stock has fallen ~70.9% this year, as of last close
