Appointment of Non-Executive Director

 

Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition
company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Grant Duthie as
non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mr Duthie is a Partner at corporate law firm Garfinkle Biderman LLP in
Toronto, Canada, where his work focuses on securities, corporate finance, and
mergers and acquisitions. He has developed significant legal expertise from
providing specialist advice to clients across life sciences, financial
services, natural resources and blockchain technologies, and has a wide range
of corporate experience from representing private and publicly traded
companies, underwriters and dealers in private and public offerings of debt
and equity securities.
