Ashington Innovation plc (LSE: ASHI; FSE: 6FW), a special purpose acquisition
company ("SPAC"), announces it will hold a General Meeting (GM) at 09:00 a.m.
on 23 December 2025 at the offices of MSP Company Secretarial, Second Floor,
27-28 Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8DH, United Kingdom.

 

The GM is being called in relation to section 656 of the Companies Act 2006.

 

The Notice of GM together with a form of proxy has been posted to
shareholders.
