    * Says its wholly owned unit, a Tokyo-based concrete pile 
firm, will undertake the merge with its Kagoshima-based wholly 
owned unit, which is covering the same business 
    * Says the Kagoshima-based unit will be dissolved after the 
merger 
    * Says the merger effective April 1
