paid-in price of 647.16 yen per share (2.25 billion yen in
total) 
    * Subscription period from Oct. 10 to Oct. 11 and payment
date on
Oct. 16
    * Says it will issue new shares via private placement, with
paid-in price of 647.16 yen per share (up to 337.2 million yen
in total)  
    * Subscription date on Nov. 7 and payment date on Nov. 8
