Results of AGM

 

 

Asiamet Resources Limited ("ARS" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that
at the annual general meeting of the Company held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

The Board is appreciative of the overwhelming support for the proposed
resolutions by the shareholders of the Company and looks forward to providing
a further business update soon.
