Results of General Meeting

 

Asiamet Resources Limited (AIM: ARS) is pleased to announce that at the
general meeting of the Company held earlier today, the resolutions set out in
the Notice of General Meeting were duly passed.

 

A breakdown of the poll for each resolution put to the meeting is set out
below:

The Board is appreciative of the overwhelming support for the proposed
resolutions by the shareholders and will provide regular updates on the
progress of the proposed sale of Indokal Limited which owns a 100% indirect
interest in the KSK Project and associated BKM Copper Project, to Norin Mining
(Hong Kong) Limited.
