Asian Citrus announces that an annual general meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held at United Conference Centre, Level 10, United Centre, 95 Queensway, Admiralty, Hong Kong on Wednesday, 28 December 2016 at 9:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time). Copies of the notice of AGM, proxy form and DI form will be posted to shareholders on 24 November 2016 (Hong Kong time), and are also available on the Company's website at www.asian-citrus.com.
