Director Declaration

 

In accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.6, the Company announces that Natasja
Laheij, ASOS Chair, has been appointed to the Supervisory Board of PostNL N.V.
("PostNL"), a mail, parcel and e-commerce services provider listed on Euronext
Amsterdam, with effect from 14 April 2026. Natasja will also serve as Chair of
PostNL's Audit Committee.
