UK Stocks-Factors to watch on September 30 (updated)

Adds new items, updates futures

Sept 30 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening lower on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 down 0.14%

* ASOS: ASOS ASOS.L warned that its annual revenue would miss market expectations against the backdrop of weak consumer demand and that profit would come in at the lower end of its forecast range.

   * SMITH+NEPHEW: Medical products maker Smith+Nephew SN.L said its CFO, John Rogers, will relocate to the United States from the UK, citing operational efficiency as more than half of the company's revenue comes from the U.S.

   * CLOSE BROTHERS: Close Brothers CBRO.L reported an annual profit of 144.3 million pounds ($193.88 million), beating market estimates, as cost-saving measures and selective lending helped offset pressure from the motor finance commission probe.

* LEGAL & GENERAL : British insurer Legal & General LGEN.L said its CFO Jeff Davies will be stepping down at the end of the year.

* ECONOMY: Britain's economy grew 0.3% in the April-to-June period of this year, the Office for National Statistics said, unrevised from the ONS' initial estimate and as expected in a Reuters poll of economists.

* SHELL: Liquefied natural gas (LNG) will be Shell's SHEL.L biggest contribution to the energy industry over the next decade in terms of value, CEO Wael Sawan said.

* OIL: Oil prices fell as another anticipated production increase by OPEC+ and the resumption of oil exports from Iraq's Kurdistan region via Turkey reinforced the outlook for a looming supply surplus.

* METALS: Shanghai tin rose to a near six-month high, supported by supply fears following reports of a crackdown on illegal mining in key producer Indonesia.

* GOLD: Gold prices rose to a fresh high and were poised for their best month in 14 years.
