** Gains nearly 9% on week, heads for its best weekly performance since late-March
** Boutique asset manager signs a distribution agreement with ARK Investment Management LLC
** Parties will launch a fund in July offering Australian wholesale investors access to the ARK Venture Fund
** Up ~43% YTD, including the session's moves
