Series B Bonds

Aspire Defence Finance plc, the Issuer for the Allenby/Connaught Private
Finance Initiative project, has announced on 19 June 2023 that at an Adjourned
Meeting of the Series B Bondholders held on Friday 14 June 2023 (and convened
by the Series B Bond Trustee by the Notice dated 30 May 2023) at the offices
of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon St,
London EC4N 6AF:

(1)        a quorum was present, in accordance with the provisions of
the Trust Deed; and

(2)        out of a total of 461,679 votes cast, 461,679 votes
(representing 100% per cent) were cast in favour of the Resolution and that,
accordingly, the Resolution has been duly passed as an Extraordinary
Resolution of the Series B Bondholders.

Furthermore, the Deed of Consent, Amendment and Restatement has been duly
executed and has been dated 16 June 2023.  Accordingly, the guarantors of the
Series B Bonds are now Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. as to 85% and Assured
Guaranty UK Limited as to 15%.
