NOTICE OF LATE FILING OF AUDITED FINANCIAL REPORT

The Coventry and Rugby Hospital Company Plc the ("Issuer") hereby gives notice
that due to the receipt of the Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust's
assessment of the Estimated Fair Value of the Agreement on 18 April 2023, as
announced in RNS 7979W, and the administration of the Issuer's Holding Company
as reported in RNS 5327X, the Issuer's Auditor, BDO LLP, will be required to
undertake additional field work. Due to the timescales required for this the
Issuer's audited financial report for the year ended 31 December 2022 (the
"Audited Report") will not be filed with the London Stock Exchange within the
timeline prescribed by the DTR Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR
4.1.3). It is estimated that the Audited Report will be filed during June
2023.
