TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND SHARE CAPITAL
      In accordance with the FCAs Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Amlin       plc (Amlin) advises the market that as at 30 October 2015 there were       506,177,051 ordinary shares of 28.125p (ordinary shares) in issue.    
      Amlin holds 2,905,746 ordinary shares in Treasury.    
      Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Amlin is 503,271,305.    
      The above figure of 503,271,305 ordinary shares may be used by       shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will       determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change       to their interest in, Amlin under the FCAs Disclosure and Transparency       Rules.
