Change of Auditor
 
Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces the intention to propose to shareholders, for approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP ("EY") as its auditor for the year ending 31 December 2019.
 
This decision follows a competitive tender process in accordance with the plans disclosed in the Company's Prospectus dated 21 September 2018, which has been overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee. KPMG LLP ("KPMG"), the Company's current auditor, undertook and completed the audit for the year ended 31 December 2018.  
 
Richard Solomons, Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee said: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank KPMG for their service over the past 12 years as auditor to the Aston Martin Lagonda group since 2007 as well as their support for the IPO last year. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM we look forward to working with EY in the future."
