Director Declaration

 

Aston Martin Lagonda Global Holdings plc (the "Company") announces in
accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14R that Dr Anne Stevens Non-Executive
Director and Chair of the Remuneration and Sustainability Committees, has been
appointed as a non-executive director of AVEVA Group plc ("AVEVA") with effect
from 1 May 2022. Anne will also serve on the Remuneration and Audit Committees
of AVEVA and following the conclusion of its 2022 Annual General Meeting, Anne
