Operational Update: Position in Subnet 46 (RESI) increases to 1754 TAO
Astrid Intelligence PLC (AQSE: ASTR), the decentralised AI infrastructure operating company, is pleased to provide an update on its operational participation in Subnet 46 ("RESI"), an independent AI start up within the Bittensor ecosystem.
Subnet Participation
On the 29th of November 2025, Astrid committed 1262 TAO to Subnet 46 RESI through on-market acquisition of subnet tokens.
As at the date of this announcement, Astrid's holdings in RESI have increased to the equivalent of approximately 1754 TAO.
This increase of 492 TAO worth of tokens is approximately a 38.98% increase since the beginning of this partnership.
Strategic Context
There is growing momentum in the U.S. financial system toward tokenising assets such as bonds, equities, and real estate. Major institutions like BlackRock have expressed that tokenisation could apply across all asset classes, and exchanges like the NYSE are exploring digital platforms for tokenised trading alongside existing infrastructure.
Before this can be done, there needs to be a reliable and accurate on-chain price oracle for properties. An oracle that lenders can use that data in order to lend against.
Subnet 46 RESI is doing that and is providing market leading accurate remote-housing appraisals (within 2 days and no surveyor) in the U.S. which is taking on the digital asset HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) space.
The Company's involvement enables it to:
● participate directly in subnet-level activity as Astrid will also validate on this subnet.
● support the development of AI-driven services within the real estate market.
● gain commercialisable intelligence that RESI accumulates.

Siam Kidd, Chief Executive Officer of Astrid Intelligence PLC, commented:
"In our view, the tokenisation of nearly all assets will eventually happen, it's just a case of when. The primary hurdle for tokenised property is fast and accurate pricing of a property which insurers and lenders can rely on. This doesn't properly exist yet, but we are confident that RESI could be the first entity to really embed themselves at the centre of this as the go-to data oracle connecting the real world with the digital world."
