Notice of 2023 Annual Results

 

Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM) will release its annual financial results for
the period ended 31 December 2023 ("2023 Annual Results") together with its
audited consolidated financial statements on Tuesday, 19 March 2024.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Alberto Lavandeira (CEO) and
César Sánchez (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the 2023
Annual Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Tuesday, 19 March
2024 at 11:00am GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00am GMT the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
