Notice of Q2 and H1 2023 Financial Results

 

Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM) will release its second quarter financial
results for the period ended 30 June 2023 ("Q2 2023 Results") together with
its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the six
months ended 30 June 2023 ("2023 H1 Results") on Thursday, 10 August 2023.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Alberto Lavandeira (CEO) and
César Sánchez (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the Q2 and
H1 2023 Financial Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday,
10 August 2023 at 13:00 BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00 BST the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
