Notice of Q3 and YTD 2023 Financial Results

 

Atalaya Mining Plc (AIM: ATYM) will release its third quarter financial
results for the period ended 30 September 2023 ("Q3 2023 Results") together
with its unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements for the nine
months ended 30 September 2023 ("YTD 2023 Results") on Thursday, 16 November
2023.

The Company is also pleased to announce that Alberto Lavandeira (CEO) and
César Sánchez (CFO) will provide a live presentation relating to the Q3 and
YTD 2023 Financial Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Thursday,
16 November 2023 at 12:00 GMT.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions
can be submitted pre-event via the Investor Meet Company dashboard up until
9:00 the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
