 ("Aterian ", the "Company" or the "Group")

 Director/PDMR Share Purchases
 Aterian Plc (LSE: ATN), the exploration and development company advancing its
 portfolio of African-focused critical and strategic metal assets was informed
 on 22 August 2023 of the following purchase of 12,500 ordinary shares at
 £0.01 for a consideration of £125 by Luke Rogers, COO/PDMR of the Company.
 Further to the announcement made at 07:00 a.m. 24 August 2023, this brings the
 total consideration to £8,000 of 800,000 ordinary shares of £0.01.
