Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, as at
29 November 2024, the Company's issued share capital consists of 12,037,044
Ordinary Shares of £0.10, each with one voting right. The Company does not
hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting
rights in the Company is 12,037,044.
The above figure of 12,037,044 should be used by shareholders in the Company
as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they
are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in,
the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

interest in Atlantis Metals. This private Botswana registered company holds
one mineral prospecting licence for copper-silver in the Kalahari Copperbelt
and three for lithium brine exploration in the Makgadikgadi Pans region.
The Company's strategy is to seek new exploration and production opportunities
across the African continent and to develop new sources of critical mineral
assets for exploration, development, and trading.
