** Transformer manufacturer Atlanta Electricals' ATLE.NS shares jump 4.9% to 2,150.7 rupees, hitting an all-time high
** Co secures 2.85 billion-rupee ($29.76 million) order from Punjab State Transmission Corporation to supply transformers and spare parts
** "This order further strengthens the company's presence in Punjab, which continues to be a strategically important market," Atlanta says
     ** Stock has a trailing 12-month PE of 109.43 vs industry median of 26.48
** YTD, ATLE up 143.5% vs 1.2% fall in Nifty Smallcap 500 Index .NIFTYSMALLCAP500
